At 8 cm, the head is held permanently upright; tilting and turning are barely possible. It is made for people who want exactly that.

Unsure, or want something wearable outside a session? Then the TightReign Collar at 6 cm is the better choice. Just as adjustable, but it allows movement.

Which size fits me?

Measure your neck circumference and choose 1–2 cm larger for the 8 cm collar.

That's slightly more than for the 6 cm model. The reason is the height: the collar has to be guided past the jaw, and that needs a little more room. The set screws then let you adjust how tightly it sits.

Measure snugly, but without pressing into the skin. A tape measure, or a piece of string measured against a ruler afterwards, is enough.

The HighReign Posture Collar is the most uncompromising version of our collars. At 8 cm it reaches from the collarbone to just below the jaw and holds the head permanently upright. Lowering your gaze or turning your head is effectively ruled out.

Anyone looking for a collar that can also be worn outside a session is better served by the 6 cm model. This one is for those who want precisely the restriction.

Technically identical to the TightReign Collar: the collar goes on from behind and closes. It rests on a wide surface, with no edge and no cutting in, and is light enough that it neither sits on the bone nor presses. The set screws adjust the fit steplessly — from loose to unyielding. A recess ensures no pressure is placed on the larynx.

Two independent quick releases provide redundant safety. They can be opened even when it has to be fast.
