These mitts work perfectly. What sets them apart from a new pair are scratches, signs of wear, or an inaccuracy in assembly that you can see but not feel. Material, mechanism and safety are unaffected.
That isn't enough for our standard for a new product. It's more than enough to wear.

Safe use & handling
Do not combine with other restraints. These mitts must not be used together with handcuffs, ropes or any other restraints — the release mechanism has to stay reachable at all times. The only exception is when a second person is present who can open the mitts.
The thread must turn freely. If it feels stiff, the dome section is sitting crooked on the wrist part's thread — take it off and start again. Never force it further.
Do not overtighten. It makes no difference to the feeling inside whether you turn it firmly to the stop or beyond. Overtightened, the mitt becomes difficult to release later.
- Never use unsupervised if self-release is not possible
- Check for damage and mechanism function before each use
- Remove immediately in case of pain, numbness or circulation problems
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication
BDSM requires responsibility — use this toy with caution and consideration.
Which size fits me?
Sizes match the regular Selfbondage Mitts. Four measurements determine the fit: A, B, C and D. Measure snugly, but without pressing into the skin — a simple ruler is enough.

Measurement A — wrist width
The decisive measurement. Measuring point: directly behind the wrist bone. The size you choose may be up to 5 mm larger than your value — and never smaller.
Measurement B — wrist height
Also behind the wrist bone, perpendicular to the measuring line of A.
Important for these mitts: measurement B should be slightly larger than your wrist. If it sits too tight, the click mechanism becomes hard to operate.
Measurement C — fist width
Width of the fist with the thumb tucked in. Deviations of up to 5 mm are fine as long as A and B match your chosen size.
Measurement D — fist height
From the wrist transition to the knuckles while making a fist. Tolerance: up to 2 cm, since the inner height is adjustable via the thread.
