These cuffs work perfectly. What sets them apart from a new pair are scratches, signs of wear, or an inaccuracy in assembly that you can see but not feel. Material, mechanism and safety are unaffected.
That isn't enough for our standard for a new product. It's more than enough to wear.

Which size fits me?
The size figures stand for the width × height of the joint, in centimetres. A cuff marked "4.0 x 5.0 cm" therefore fits a joint 4.0 cm wide and 5.0 cm high.
How to measure
Width: directly behind the wrist bone, straight across the wrist.
Height: at the same point, perpendicular to the width measuring line.
For ankles: measure at the same point — width and height directly behind the ankle bone. The larger sizes are designed for ankles; the sizing rule stays the same.
Measure snugly, but without pressing into the skin. A simple ruler is enough.
Which size to choose
If your value matches exactly, take that size — otherwise the next size up.
Never choose smaller. One size up is uncritical: the cuffs sit more loosely, but you will not slip out — and the spikes still work, because they act on the skin as you move. Only two sizes up becomes too wide.

What does Second Chance mean?
3D printing and hand assembly produce deviations we don't let through as new stock. Rather than setting these pieces aside, we offer them here. Three cases come together:
Cosmetic flaws. Scratches, visible print lines, colour variations, or an assembly inaccuracy with no effect on function. If a thread of glue stays on the outside during assembly, the cuff is practically new — it just no longer meets our standard for new stock.
Discontinued versions. Colours and finishes making room for something new.
Display units. From trade fairs and events. Fully functional, but visibly used from frequent demonstration — heavier scratches are the rule here, not the exception.
So the range is wide: from "you have to look for it" to "you see it straight away". What you get depends on the individual piece.
Safe use
These cuffs are BDSM tools for conscious, consensual sessions. Improper use may result in injury.

- Never wear unattended for extended periods
