ThornReign Cuffs or Double Cuffs?
The Cuffs lock separately and can be fixed independently — you decide, session by session, how much movement stays possible. With the Double Cuffs, that decision is already made: the hands can neither be turned nor pulled apart. Rope or chain can be added via the central mount.
Pairs well with our Anchor Mitts — the cuffs take the movement, the mitts take the hands.

Which size fits me?
The size figures stand for the width × height of the joint, in centimetres. A cuff marked "6.5 x 5.0 cm" therefore fits a joint 6.5 cm wide and 5.0 cm high.
How to measure
Width: directly behind the wrist bone, straight across the wrist.
Height: at the same point, perpendicular to the width measuring line.
Measure snugly, but without pressing into the skin. A simple ruler is enough.
Which size to choose
If your value matches exactly, take that size — otherwise the next size up. Sizes rise in 5 mm steps, so you'll never be far off.
Never choose smaller. One size up is uncritical: the cuffs sit more loosely, but you will not slip out — and the spikes still work, because they act on the skin as you move. Only two sizes up becomes too wide.

Full description
Unlike conventional restraints, the effect doesn't begin with the fixing. The spikes on the inside press their marks into the skin and create a slight, deliberately unpleasant pain — from the moment they go on. Every movement is answered immediately.
The two cuffs lock independently of one another. You can close them separately, fix them to each other, or attach them to any anchor point — on wrists as well as ankles.
The closure: a steel bolt is recessed into the cuff and held in position by magnets. The enclosed hex key opens it — quickly, reliably and without force.
The cuffs come off as fast as they go on, which keeps handling simple during a session.
If you'd rather do without the spikes, choose the version without.
